💰 Salary: 8 – 15 million VND/month (base) + commission

We are looking for energetic and driven Sales / Business Development Executives to join our Salely AI team. You will be responsible for introducing our AI-powered sales platform to potential clients, helping businesses improve sales efficiency and performance. If you’re passionate about tech, enjoy working with people, and want to grow in SaaS sales – this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, reach out, and generate leads from various sources (cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals...)
  • Present Salely AI solutions to potential customers via meetings, calls, or online demos
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable Salely AI product offerings
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close sales deals
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and support their onboarding process
  • Work closely with the marketing and product team to optimize sales strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress weekly

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or SaaS is a plus (freshers are welcome)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in presenting and explaining tech products
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, digital tools, or sales pipelines is a plus
  • Team spirit and a growth mindset
  • Basic English is a plus (not mandatory)
